PARKS Founder and Chief Consultant, Jun Pacatang,  has over 25 years experience designing and implementing professional kitchens for hotels, restaurants and commissaries. Prior to founding PARKS, he was Philippine Sales Manager for Middleby Corporation, a US-based company and a global leader in professional kitchen equipment supply. Throughout his career, Jun has successfully completed commercial kitchen projects for Acacia Hotel Alabang, Alphaland Balesin, Ascott Hotel BGC, Hennan Resorts Boracay & Bohol, The Lind Boracay, Thunderbird Resorts and Casino, Outback Steakhouse, Yellow Cab Pizza, Mary Grace Café, Conti's, Vikings Group, Dean and Deluca, The Vask  to name a few.

Jun founded PARKS to continue sharing his expertise in designing safe, economical and operationally-efficient food service facilities and  offer expert advise in equipment sourcing options.
