PARKS will supervise the implementation of your kitchen facility from start of construction until it is ready for business operations.

Here's what we can do for you:

• Coordination with General Contractor regarding full implementation of approved kitchen design and layout to ensure that related plumbing, electrical, mechanical, gas utilities and architectural requirements by each equipment are fully executed and implemented as per approved kitchen design by the Owner.
• Coordination with various kitchen equipment suppliers to ensure on time delivery, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Verification of equipment delivered on-site to ensure that specifications are in accordance with the contract.
• Handover of operations-ready kitchen to Operations & Engineering team or customer-appointed personnel with the following document submittals:
  • Equipment operation manual/s *
  • Contact information list for each equipment for future after-sales service support requirements*
  • Equipment Warranty Certificates*
  • As-built plans*
  • *Subject to availability from supplier/s.
• Provide payment clearance for supplier settlements to ensure that work/equipment supplied is completed as per contract and fully commissioned.
• Other related requests mutually agreed between PARKS and the Owner.
